How Does It Work?

Sign up for My Wellcare Rewards, complete your healthy activities to earn points, and then redeem your points for gift card rewards. Make sure to earn and redeem your points before the end of the plan year.

What Do I Need to Do?

My Wellcare Rewards offers tools to help manage your health in your daily life. You can access these resources through your computer, tablet, or phone.

• To-Do List: Your personalized list of healthy activities to complete while earning points.
• Choose Rewards: Pick gift cards and have them sent to you via email or physical mail.
• Health Information: Review our library of articles, videos, decision tools, and more to guide you on your journey to better health.
• Track Your Progress: Connect your Apple Watch, FitBit®, Garmin®, or other supported wearable devices to track your health and activity levels.
• Your Health Information: View your prescription record, select your preferred language, set your communication preferences, and more.

How Do I Sign Up for My Wellcare Rewards?

• Visit wellcare.healthmine.com and select "Register Now".
• You will need your Member ID card, date of birth, and email address to set up your rewards account.
• You can also call My Wellcare Rewards customer service at 1-866-550-1590 (TTY 711) Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Central Time.

• Your Medicare Advantage plan includes a fitness benefit through Silver&Fit® or SilverSneakers.

• You can get up to a 3-month supply of your prescription drugs sent to your home with Express Scripts® Pharmacy.
• Prescriptions are delivered to your door in discreet packaging.
